Thomas Land at Drayton Manor will welcome a new family ride for 2017 to mark further expansion to the thriving attraction.

James and the Red Balloon, set to delight visitors from Saturday 1st April 2017, is based on the beloved Thomas and Friends™ character James and his naughty antics with a red hot air balloon. Families can experience the magic of Sodor like never before as they fly up, up and away in their very own balloon.

Face your VertiGO on the new high rope adventure course at Drayton Manor, and with VertiGo Tots for younger adventurers there is something for all ages.

You don't have to be visiting the theme park to have a go on VertiGO and therefore the attraction is not included in theme park admission, but prices start at just £5 for VertiGO and £3 for VertiGO Tots.

This spring, visitors to Drayton Manor can expect even more monkey business at the theme park's 15-acre Zoo, with the addition of a brand new Tamarin Trail for 2016.

The Tamarin Trail will take adventurers through beautiful planted gardens, allowing children and adults alike to come face to face with a troop of mischievous monkeys. During the trail adventure, guests will be able to get up close and personal with the cute and inquisitive Tamarins and Marmosets, including the White Lipped Tamarin, Red Handed Tamarin, Emperor Tamarin, Cotton Top Tamarin and the Common Marmoset, housed across eight different enclosures.
