It's finally spring, which means that once again theme parks across the UK are opening their doors for another season of family fun and epic thrills. There are plenty of special events at UK theme parks during the Easter school holidays in 2019.

The Walking Dead: The Ride
The Walking Dead: The Ride is the world’s first roller coaster themed around the global TV phenomenon.
It is a complete transformation of the former roller coaster X with all new theming and effects throughout, including a pre-show, walkthrough and live actors.
Wicker Man
The UK’s first new wooden roller coaster in 21 years. Alton Towers has invested £16 million into the creation of Wicker Man, which has been in development for the last 4 years.
New for 2019: The Alton Towers Dungeon
The Alton Towers Dungeon will open on 23rd March 2019, this year's brand new attraction at Alton Towers.
Tickets to The Alton Towers Dungeon will cost £5 per person when booked online in advance and, subject to availability, they will cost £7.50 on the day. This does not include admission to the theme park, which must be purchased separately.
