The inverted roller coaster Tsunami at M&D's theme park in Scotland has derailed, injuring nine children and two adults.

The accident happened at round 3.40pm on Sunday 26th June with emergency services including police, fire and ambulance attending the the scene and mounting a rescue operation.

It is understood that the ride became detached from the track and fell 30ft to the ground, landing on top of a small children’s ride.

A new 4D film experience starring the LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS is coming to the Imagination Theatre at LEGOLAND Windsor from Saturday 28th May 2016.

In an immersive 4D animated adventure created especially for LEGOLAND, it’s up to the LEGO NEXO KNIGHTS to defeat the evil Jestro, the Book of Monsters and all their Lava Monsters, with wind, water and smoke bringing the battle to life all around the cinema. The new attraction at Thorpe Park will be a world's first, one-of-a-kind multi-sensory theme park experience. It was due to open on 6th May, which was changed to the end of May, but it is now delayed indefinitely.

Chessington World of Adventures has begun a public consultation on their long term plan for the theme park, including a new family roller coaster, 45 safari-themed lodges, ride/animal attractions and infrastructure work.

The developer of London Paramount Entertainment Resort in Kent has once again delayed submitting a planning application for the £3.2 billion attraction, raising concerns over its proposed 2021 opening. 

Full plans for the development scheme at the Swanscombe Peninsula site were due to be submitted to the Government this summer, but this will not now happen until the second quarter of 2017.
