Blackpool Pleasure Beach’s new hotel is to be named the Boulevard Hotel.

The new hotel will boast 120 rooms, including 10 suites and family rooms with a mixture of coast and park facing rooms.

In addition to the rooms, the hotel will include stylish dining and conferencing facilities. 

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is offering eight thrilling nights of late night riding and fireworks in 2018.

On 2nd June, 7th July, 28th July, 11th August, 25th August, 22nd September, 27th October and 3rd November the rides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach will be open until 10pm for some late night riding followed by a spectacular fireworks display.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach was founded in 1896, after 122 years it deserved something iconic to mark the occasion.

ICON is the first roller coaster in the UK to feature a double launch and is their largest ever single investment at a cost of £16.25 million.

The historic theme park invited us to the press and media launch on 23rd May before a public opening on 25th May.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach has announced the official opening date of its hotly anticipated new roller coaster – ICON, will be Friday 25th May.

Since construction work on the new £16.25m roller coaster commenced in December 2016, roller coaster fans worldwide have been clamouring for news of when they’ll be able to experience the exciting new ride.

The theme park has confirmed that the wait is almost over, with the roller coaster ready to ride by the Whitsun half term.
