- Creepy Caves Unearthed - this award-winning scare maze is seriously impressive, with a superb concept, design, effects and acting. The former reptile and creepy crawly exhibit in the Zoo closed its doors a couple of years ago due to the discovery of a dangerous new plant species, but you're allowed back into the caves to take a look... what could possibly go wrong? This is a fully acted walkthrough experience with detailed and immersive sets, utilising various special effects and making excellent use of the original attraction building. It costs £5 extra and is totally worth it, but only for very brave adventurers.
- Curse of the Lost Tomb - delve into the secret lost tomb of Genghis Khan, full of mystery and riddles. It's even better this year, with plenty of great scenes and scare maze elements. The acting is absolutely brilliant and as it's not too frightening, it is still suitable for most older children. In each section you are met by a character that tells you the next part of the story and often needs your help. The puzzles are not as complex as they were when the attraction make its debut in 2015 but the theming is much more impressive and it's longer.
- Trick or Treat Wood - perfect for younger adventurers, as there are no scares. This year's route has lots of enchanting performances and humour, still taking place in a woodland setting opposite Hocus Pocus Hall. It has improved greatly since it was first introduced in 2015 as the storyline has been refined and the area is much more densely populated with trees, which have all grown considerably bigger. Along the way you come across a series of weird and wonderful characters that interact with your group, from fairies and goblins to a talking tree!
- Haunted Howl’o’ween Live Show - a brand new show featuring excellent song and dance routines, with a very enthusiastic and talented cast. This toe tapping spook-tacular is the best live show we have ever seen at Chessington due to the quality of the choreography, performances and staging. It was thoroughly entertaining and had us bopping along to the Halloween tunes.
- Room on the Broom Spooky Story Time - enjoy a little spooky storytelling with characters from Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s much loved story.

The whole theme park has been decorated for Halloween, with hundreds of pumpkins and skeletons adorning the rides, attractions and many other areas. Together with some spooky lightning, smoke and music this provides a wonderful atmosphere.
What's so good about this event is that there really is something for everyone, it's suitable for families with children of all ages, teenagers and adults. Everyone will find various things that entertain, amuse, spook and scare them.
Howl'o'ween continues at Chessington World of Adventures on 19th October - 4th November 2018 with the park open 10am until 6pm or 8pm.
