Alton Towers Resort will be marking the 10th anniversary of the UK’s only CBeebies Land with a week-long festival of celebrations on the front lawns of the theme park this May half term.

New water ride Splash Lagoon has officially opened in the Lost Kingdom at the award-winning family theme park, Paultons Park.

The world’s only Jumanji roller coaster, Mandrill Mayhem, will sweep up riders in the long arms of a mandrill, as the horde whisks those from just 1.2m tall around the sites of Jumanji, all while dodging the hazards of the jungle.

The ride will launch at full speed through the treetops, flipping upside down on a hair-raising adventure, spiralling to the summit of the 55ft tall Jaguar Shrine. Glimpse the Jaguar’s Eye Jewel glow before falling and braving the adventure again… backwards.

Mandrill Mayhem is a winged, launch, shuttle ride, with an inversion – a first for Chessington World of Adventures, which last introduced a roller coaster back in 2004.

Drayton Manor has announced the eagerly awaited opening of its newest land, Frontier Falls, set to debut on 24th March 2024.

Launching as part of the main season opening for the theme park and resort, Frontier Falls promises an unforgettable adventure for guests of all ages in an exciting new Wild West themed land. LEGOLAND Windsor has revealed that its fastest coaster yet, Minifigure Speedway, will be racing into the park on 6th April 2024.

Racing into the park in Spring 2024, Minifigure Speedway will be the UK’s first LEGO duelling coaster featuring Team Legends and Team Allstars cars that race forwards and in reverse, with a winning team every time!
